• An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

• An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

For items returned to Crafty Inc due to an undeliverable address or issues with customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. All shipping fees are nonrefundable.
